Before, we have been disturbed by the following facts.
First, our orders usually consist of different types of cargoes needing to be mixed to load. Plus some loading requirements, it’s hard to calculate container loading in a fast and timely manner solely relying on human minds. Therefore we usually depend on packaging personnel to offer load plans. An untimely load plan means we cannot modify the order quantity or move up the shipping schedule.
Second, an untimely load plan will possibly delay the following stages such as customs declaration and cargo booking.
