1.Sign up
Step 1: Enter the website of LoadMaster Cloud Service through the URL [https://app.zhuangxiang.com], Click “New tenant” as shown below:
Step 2: Fill in the registration information, including tenant ID, company name, administrator email and password. You must provide tenant ID when logging in. A tenant ID is composed of more than 2 characters including letters, numbers, -, _ and must start with letters. Check “agree to user agreement” and then click the “submit”.
Step 3: Activate the account. After registration, the system will send an email to the administrator’s mail box, which will provide the tenant ID, user name, password and verify link. Click verify to jump to the login page.
Step 4: In the login page, enter the tenant ID (automatically set by the browser), user name (the initial user name is “admin”) and password to log in. Now LoadMaster Cloud Service is ready to use for you.
2.Apply for free trial
After successfully registering and logging in, the system defaults to a pay-per-use mode. But we provide each company with a 30-day free trial opportunity (free for one month). So no money will be charged during the trail, and after it the software will charge under pay-per-use mode.
The free trial application steps are as follows:
Step 1: Click [Apply Trial for Free] at the top to enter the application page.
Step 2: Fill in the information, including the email address (It must be the company email address because the server will automatically check it. If it’s not your company email address, then it cannot be submitted successfully. You can contact us by email: sales@zhuangxiang.com), company name, mobile phone number, contacts, and SMS code. And then click [Submit]. After the submission, the trail timer will start. It will automatically change to pay-per-use mode after the 30-day free trial.
